The Eco-Music-Festival will be a 3-day
camp-out event this event will start Friday the
23rd of May 2008 and will end Sunday the
25th of May 2008
Weekend pass holders will be allowed to enter main
gates as early as 12pm on Friday May 23rd
2008. This admittance will be for campers only and
campers being people with reserved campsites and tents
to fill that space Cut off time for all campers
entry into the park for all campsite access will be no
later than 12pm on Saturday May 24th 2008.
There will be no exceptions early campsite
reservations is a must to assure a campsite for this
event Campsites are a first come first serve
basis you can make your reservations on line when you
purchase your tickets a campsite reservation is $20
that is per site and $27 per person for a weekend pass
or $30 per person for a weekend pass at the gate
Campers will be allowed 1 tent per site with a
maximum of 4 people per site each person at site
must have weekend pass. Campers will be allowed 2
large coolers 1-for drinks and 1- for
food and there will be concessions at the
event. All coolers must stay at campsite and No
glass or un-recyclable product containers will be
allowed into Park
This is an Environmental Gathering Please be
mind full of your Environment
Campers we ask that you bring the necessities for a
3-day camp-out. Items like extra water, first aid, bug
spray, firewood, extra clothing, and bedding. Most of
these items will be available at the event but we ask
that you bring back up
Campfires will be limited based on drought
conditions at time of the event
Gravity solar showers will be available Please
bring your own bio soap and shampoo
This is a Rain or Shine event. There will be No
refunds on tickets due to in climate weather. All
persons under 16 years old must be accompanied by an
adult. Persons 12 to 16 years old $5.00 at
the gate. Kids under 12 free.
Please remember this is an Environmental
conference gathering and a great time for celebration
but it’s not a party (Rough Behavior Will Not Be
Tolerated)
There will be security guidelines for the entire
event. Everyone will be subject to search at ticket
gate. The following items will be prohibited guns,
weapons, drugs, and paraphernalia
Day passes for the event will be $15 per day and
can be purchased at the gate
Weekend and Day pass car parking $5 per car minimum
2 persons per car
RV parking is available $30 for the weekend pass
but must be self contained
All parking to be paid in cash at main entry of
Amicalola Deer Park
This is a
rain or shine event. Refunds limited to credit towards
admission to a future event.
